SHIPPING POLICY

Expected shipping times are 2-3 business days for " In stock " products & 4-8 weeks for " Create your own" items, due to the handmade nature of the product.

If you receive a damaged package due to improper delivery, please, send pictures of the item in its packaging and the damage it has sustained. We are not responsible for these unfortunate situations. As we value customer satisfaction, we will help in the process of contacting the shipping carrier and help find solutions. Note that this eventuality is under the carriers responsibility.

RETURNS

All regular priced products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your product, with the original receipt, tag and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition with the labels to the company address.

• Sale ( promotion & discounts ) items, made to order art, veg-tan bags and veg-tan accessories products are final sale and therefore non-refundable and not eligible for returns as per the delicate nature of the material. 
• We will gladly assist you if the product you purchased has a manufacturing default.

• Shipping and handling costs for returns are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive your package and the return transaction is completed. We retain the right to refuse a return if the goods do not meet our return policies.
